No one is immune to the socialisation of racism, bigotry and prejudice within a white supremacist heteronormative society. This system is not broken, it is operating within it's desired permitters. Creating, shaping. moulding the right people to best uphold the system through constant exposure treatment. We are all conditioned just like Pavlov's Dog (Classical Conditioning Theory) to act in ways that uphold racist, sexist and bigoted attitudes. This indoctrination through various institutions within society (family and peers, political values, education and media) ensure we all internalise harmful values to maintain the dominant culture.
Our society values the people that uphold the dominant cultural values such as white racist conservatives who disguise their values as traditional. Another aspect of the dominant culture is the "red pilled" far-right fascists who are the most transparent in their desire to uphold a violent, imperialist white supremacist state.

We all have to do the work to eradicate our internalised socialisation of white supremacy and bigotry. This is only done through honest introspection, education, resistance and compassion.
Anyone who says otherwise is trying to sell you something!
